How to order Step 1 Email your photograph to kelly@kellyspetportraits.co.uk along with any instructions necessary and also noting the portrait size you would like. I also prefer my customers to leave a contact number just in case. Step 2 Once you have received a confirmation email, you will need to set up a Paypal account (assuming you haven’t already got one). Paypal is a secure way to transfer your money and makes the process a lot easier for both parties. Follow the instructions on the confirmation email which will explain how to set up and send money through Paypal. Please send the required amount to kelly@kellyspetportraits.co.uk. Step 3 When the payment has been accepted your portrait will take up to two weeks to be completed. You will be notified upon the completion of your portrait, at which point I will ask for the address to send it to. All portrait’s are posted under the Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day Service which includes Guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm, Online tracking and Electronic Proof of Delivery.
